I know you compared this to "Who wants to be a Milionaire," but it's still annoying having to start all over just because you missed one question. Also, what is that red timer doing in the background? It's hard to tell that's a timer at first.

Visual novels were never my thing, but I think you have a decent start here. If you decide to go forward with this, I'd add a menu keeping track of the characters and such (their names, "stats," affection level, etc.).
